Tomato Herb Flatbread

Last night we had a few friends over for dinner for a little pizza party. The husband was in charge of the pizza,  I was in charge of “other.” I love other, lots of flexibility there. My favorite food blog, Annie’s Eats, the source of all my food inspiration, posted a lovely Tomato Herb Flatbread, which fits quite nicely into “other.”

If you have never made a bread, this is a nice place to start.

  1. it’s easy (in the instructions she uses fresh herbs, while this is preferable, it’s not necessary, just use whatever you have in your cabinet)
  2. it’s delicious.

Annie’s has never failed me. They have detailed instructions (you can tell she’s a doctor) and they are always delicious.

Ok, back to Tomato Herb Flatbread. I made it and it was a hit.
